This policy applies to business users of TikTok Shop who offer goods or services directly to consumers in the EU. Business users are users that use TikTok Shop in the course of their trade, business, craft or profession. Various pieces of information and data are generated through users', business' and TikTok's use of TikTok Shop (for example about orders, customer queries, ratings and reviews for your products and other matters).This page sets out information about the access TikTok Shop and business users have to (1) non-personal data; and (2) aggregated data which is provided by you or generated through your use of TikTok Shop.Personal data: Please see the TikTok Privacy Policy, TikTok Partner Privacy Policy and TikTok Shop Creator Privacy Policy for information on how personal data is collected, processed, stored and shared with third parties, and how you can manage this.1. Data accessible to TikTok ShopTikTok Shop can access the following types of non-personal data provided to it or generated through the provision of the TikTok Shop service:

1. TikTok Shop account and settings information;
2. In relation to sellers:
   1. Overall revenue of a sellers’ shop, including the gross merchandise value of the shop, each product, and each video/livestream;
   2. Data in relation to customer dispute tickets;
   3. Data in relation to livestreams, videos and products;
   4. The number of customers who have purchased products and the number of orders made; and
   5. Review ratings for products and any customer comments; and
3. In relation to applicable creators and partners, the information listed in sections 3 and 4 below.

Following termination or expiry of a seller, creator or partner account on TikTok Shop, non-personal information provided or generated is retained by TikTok Shop, and where applicable subsequently deleted, in accordance with TikTok's standard retention policies.2. Data accessible to SellersSellers using TikTok Shop can access the following types of non-personal data in relation to their activities on TikTok Shop, which is either provided by the seller through their use of TikTok Shop or generated through the provision of the service to either: (a) that seller, or (b) the consumers of the seller’ products:

1. Their own TikTok Shop account and settings information;
2. Overall revenue of the shop, including the gross merchandise value of the shop, each product, and each video/livestream;
3. Data in relation to customer dispute tickets;
4. Data in relation to livestreams, videos and products;
5. The number of customers who have purchased products and the number of orders made; and
6. Review ratings for products and any customer comments.

Unless TikTok Shop has agreed otherwise, sellers will not be able to access the information provided or generated by them in relation to TikTok Shop after the expiry or termination of the contract between TikTok Shop and the seller. We recommend sellers access their data before they close or terminate their account.3. Data accessible to creators Creators using TikTok Shop that supply goods or services directly to consumers can access the following types of non-personal data in relation to their activities on TikTok Shop, which is either provided by the creator through their use of TikTok Shop or generated through the provision of the service to either: (a) that creator, or (b) sellers in respect of which creators create content:

1. Their own creator account and settings information;
2. The gross merchandise value and the number of product views, product clicks, orders and items sold in respect of products the creator has earned commission on;
3. The commission fee(s) the creator has earned from seller products;
4. The performance data of the creators’ content.

After the expiry or termination of the contract between TikTok Shop and the creator, creators will be entitled and able to access the information provided or generated by the creator in relation to TikTok Shop through the Creator Centre (including what products were sold that the Creator earned commission on, how much commission the Creator made, the non-personal data listed above (except for "traffic feed load") and the quantity of items sold that they earned commission on).

4. Data accessible to partners

Partners using TikTok Shop that supply goods or services directly to consumers can access the following types of non-personal data in relation to their activities on TikTok Shop, which is either provided by them or generated through the provision of the TikTok Shop service to that partner:

1. Their own partner account and settings information;
2. Their metric data, including their gross merchandise value, commission fee, number of orders/product sales for the products which the creators they work with earn commission on;
3. The livestream/video metrics for the creators they work with, including video numbers, video view (vv) figures and finish rate;
4. Certain sales data, including the commission base, order, sales, and live/video related orders, click through rate, click to order, paid users and payment rate for the creators that they work with.

Unless TikTok Shop has agreed otherwise, partners will not be able to access the information provided or generated by them in relation to the TikTok Shop service after the expiry or termination of the contract between TikTok Shop and the partner. We recommend partners access their data before they close or terminate their account.Aggregated dataUnless agreed otherwise, TikTok Shop does not provide sellers, creators or partners with any aggregated data in relation to TikTok Shop as a whole (for example, TikTok Shop does not provide data in relation to total sales of a particular product category across the whole of TikTok Shop).
