You can check the current progress of all your Free sample tasks.- You can access the Manage Free samples page by going to your account -> tap on the Showcase button -> tap on TikTok Shop -> Scroll down to the TikTok Shop toolkit on the TikTok Shop Creator Centre.

How can I use Free samples in my Content?
Requested Free samples will need to be featured in either of these two types of Content. Depending on your talks with the Seller, you might be required to use the Free sample as what the Seller instructed:Short Videos

Free Sample Fulfillment Scenarios
There are some instances in which you can not fulfill the Free sample task because the product can not be promoted for several reasons.Solvable by Seller
If these instances happen, the system will pause this Free sample fulfillment request for 10 days and until the product is reactivated by seller.- You can see information about the number of Free samples you need to feature in your video/LIVE
- Pending Fulfillment: List of Free samples that needs to be featured on video or LIVE within 14 days.
- The remaining days to fulfill the Free sample. i.e "Left 3 days" means you have 3 days left to feature the Free sample on video/LIVE.
- Fulfillment Suspended: List of Free samples that are being suspended for 10 days. You can check:
- The remaining suspension days. i.e "Left 3 days (paused)" means Seller has 3 days left to reactivate the product
- The reason for suspension:
- Sold Out
- Under Review
- Unavailable
- If you want to check with the seller about the suspended product, tap on [Contact Seller] to chat with Seller

- What will happen if I fail to create the content after receiving the Free sample?
- It will affect your Free sample fulfillment score and reduce your chances of receiving Free samples in the future. Free sample fulfillment is one of creator's criteria that is shown to seller when searching for potential creators.
- Who is responsible for shipping fees?
- What happens if my sample request is withdrawn?
a. If your sample request was withdrawn, you can reapply immediately once your sample quota has been lifted.
- Can I apply again if my sample request was previously expired or rejected?
a. Yes, you can reapply! If your sample request was either expired or rejected, you are eligible to apply again after 30 days.
